GROVE PARK RECREATION FACILITY ADDITION AND SEWER CONNECTION

The Pasco County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time (our clock), on OCTOBER 17, 2006, in the Pasco County Purchasing Department, 8919 Government Drive, New Port Richey, Florida. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the above-stated time and date. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidders shall submit one (1) original of the submitted bid.

The project provides for construction of A 800 square foot addition, removal of an existing septic field and the installation of a new sanitary force main and lift station. The total expenditure for all of these projects is estimated at $380,000.00.

Bid documents including the contract document and project plans may be obtained from Robert Reid Wedding Architects & Planners, AIA, Inc., 4112 West Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida 33607, (813) 879-6996, upon payment of $120.00.

Bid, performance, payment surety and insurance are required for this project. Please refer to the applicable bid document.

The Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
