CONSTRUCTION OF TIMBER GREENS GOLF COURSE POND

The Pasco County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids until 2:30 p.m., local time (our clock), on OCTOBER 11, 2006, in the Pasco County Purchasing Department, 8919 Government Drive, New Port Richey, Florida. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the above-stated time and date. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidders shall submit one (1) original of the submitted bid.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Purchasing Department Conference Room at 8919 Government Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, on SEPTEMBER 19, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to allow potential bidders and opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification of the bid documents if necessary. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

This project consists of construction of a new reclaimed water storage pond. The pond volume shall be 0.6 MG and fully lined. This project shall include a new pump station, relocating existing equipment to the new pump station site, instrumentation, controls, piping, valves, and fittings, site work, and all other ancillary components required to fully complete the construction of the specified reclaimed water storage pond and pumping system. This project is estimated to cost $585,000.00.
