CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. 36

The Pasco County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time (our clock), on NOVEMBER 14, 2006, in the Pasco County Purchasing Department, 8919 Government Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the above-stated time and date. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidders shall submit one (1) original of the submitted bid.

The project includes construction of a new fire station in Dade City, Florida (Blanton Road), and related work. The estimated cost for this project is $1,200,000.00.

Bid documents including the contract document and project plans may be obtained from the Project Architect, Spring Engineering, Inc., 3014 U.S. Highway 19, Holiday, Florida 34691, upon payment of $250.00.

Bid, performance, and payment surety are required for this project. Please refer to the applicable bid document.

The Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
