TOMMYTOWN SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD TARGET AREA REVITALIZATION

The Pasco County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time (our clock), on January 4, 2007, in the Pasco County Purchasing Department, 8919 Government Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the above-stated time and date. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidders shall submit one (1) original of the submitted bid.

This project is in the Tommytown Area North of Dade City. The project includes furnishing and installing of various utilities including water main, force main and sanitary sewer. The project includes drainage facilities such as pipe, structures and pond areas, as well as roadway, signage, and pavement markings. The estimated cost of this project is $3.3 Million

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Engineering Services Department, 4454 Grand Boulevard, New Port Richey, Florida, on NOVEMBER 27, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. The purpose of the prebid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the issued bid documents.

Bid documents including the contract document and project plans may be obtained from the Pasco County Purchasing Department at the above-listed address, upon payment of $25.00.

Bid, performance, and payment surety are required for this project. Please refer to the contract documents, specifications and drawings for complete details.

The Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
